fixed compensation to all victims - $500K PER VICTIM
The only fair way to do it is to FIX compensation for
all victims - $500K to EVERY VICTIM.
FIREMAN and POLCEMEN SHOULD NOT QUALIFY BECAUSE THE
GOVT ALREADY PAYS THEM OTHER BENEFITS.
WHat about victims of car accidents, other tragedies?
