Mr. Zwick,

I am a physician and write in response to the request for public input
regarding the "September 11 Victim Compensation Fund." I am not a
homosexual, but acknowledge the fact that those of different sexual
orientation than I are equally human and deserving of fair treatment.

I am concerned that prejudice among those in high places might lead to
discrimination against gays, lesbians and their dependents who, it
should be obvious, experience the same grief and economic loss as anyone
else.

I urge you to see that these people are treated as the human beings
they are, and are compensated on the same grounds as everyone else.
