Government invites public comment on victims fund

Regarding the 9/11 victims compensation program.
Adding to, or creating another inept/bloated and self-serving
government bureaucracy to administer this fund, would be ludicrous.
Turn the money over to a non-profit private service
group. One with integrity that is in business to serve the public, instead
of itself.
Like anything government, the Red Cross and United Way have proven
themselves unworthy of the public trust. These two large private groups
should administer
none of the money. Finally, the amount of government money to an individual
should,
certainly, be reduced by the amount received from other charities,
insurance, pensions, etc.
