My missing firefighter nephew &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp .

Hello:
I am a paternal uncle to &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp who is still missing. I will do my best to
attend this family rally on the 17th. My comment is that I lost my job
during this crisis and i was told outright by all supposed helpers: Red
cross, Family Center, etc. that I was not eligible for any assistance at
all. I even applied to FEMA with no response. I was practically almost out
in the street.
I found out that I was not a "next of kin" even though I helped raise
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp when both his drug addicted parents died.
When do I become next of kin?

Why was I not offerred financial assistance yet large businesses downtown
received thousands...what am I, a chopped family member?
