Formula

I am astonished that you are willing to make so many more Americans fight for compensation
under the current formula, after all they have been through. How can you allow MANY victim's
families to not receive compensation for this disaster just because they did some planning during
their lives? How can you tell someone that they will not receive a DIME for the death of their
spouse because he or she pinched pennies and put away extra money for insurance? Most of
these families did not live extravagantly because they were planning properly, and you are now
telling them that they will receive ZERO compensation. How can you count insurance against
someone? The reality is that the ridiculous current formula you have means MANY people will
receive nothing. You are making a terrible occurence much worse. You are FORCING people
to take legal action now. CHANGE THE FORMULA.
