if you aren't suppose to be here, anything that happens after that is
immaterial. please, no American [citizen] Government money to people who
are not suppose to be here in the first place. please, in the name of all
that is honest and decent, hold all to a simple standard, a modicum of
decency....if you are a citizen you get citizen benefits. if not, you dont.
