Sept. 11 Victim Compensation Fund

Dear Mr. Zwick,

I am writing regarding the forthcoming regulations for administering the
compensation fund for Sept. 11 victims. I strongly urge the Department to
draft regulations that make compensation to all victims of the attack,
including family of gay and lesbian victims.

There can be no doubt that the loved ones of ALL victims of these attacks
suffered equally both emotional and economic losses. It is the duty of our
government to honor these people equally for their sacrifice on our behalf.
Thank you very much for considering all of these people who have lost much.
