final rule comments

I have read the changes to the funds rules, but they still do not help my
family.
If congress decides to take away all collateral source deductions, then
maybe ALL the families would accept the fund payouts.
As it stands now, my family still recieves "zero" from the fund.
I would rather use the fund but it appears that the rules will not let me.
I feel that this is still unfair my family because we had life insurance &
it will probably drive my family to sue.
What am I supposed to do; receive nothing because my father planned for his
family? No Thanks-I'll take my chances in court!
