RE: VICTIM COMPENSATION FUND

MR ZWICK;

As a member of the Gay community, I strongly urge you
NOT to forget the families and loved ones of the
September 11 victims.

Members of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and
Transgendered community have suffered as great a loss
as the general population. A Gay hero in the plane
that crashed in &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp , a Gay &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp who died at Ground
Zero &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp . Real people, real
situtations, real pain, real loss-needs real
compensation.

Please follow the lead of NY Governor Pataki who
granted compensation benefit "on a showing of mutual
interdependence with the victim, in recognition that
anyone who shared with the living expenses ,
day-to-day activities and the emotion bonds of family
deserves help in this time of need."

Include any relatives eligible for compensation: those
who lost their life partners as well as de facto
parents of children, without regard to sexual
orientation or marital status.

DO NOT FORGET THE GAY, LESBIAN, BISEXUAL AND
TRANSGENDERED COMMUNITY.
