September 11th Victims Relief Fund
The known surviving gay and lesbian victims of September 11th must be
given equal access to the "September 11th Victims Relief Fund"as
non-homosexual victims. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights as adopted
by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948 under article 21 prohibits the
arbitrary removal of government services from its citizens. The United States
membership in the United Nations also requires it to abide by the decisions
of the United Nations General Assembly.
