de facto relatives
I lost my only brother in the WTC on 9/11. I am the beneficiary of his
estate. My brother was engaged for one month and lived with his girlfriend
for less then one year. I DO NOT agree with "De Facto" relatives getting any
benefits from the Victim's Compensation Fund. This fund is for Legal
Relatives only.
