Topic #5, Claimant Eligibility



I have already sent a letter to Attorney General Ashcroft
asking that he count the unborn children that were killed as
"victims," for purposes of the compensation fund.



Therefore, as a public comment on your Topic #5 on
Claimant Eligibility, I respectfully request that you consider
those unborn children who were killed, along with their
pregnant mothers, as a result of the September 11 terrorist
attacks as "eligible victims."



Even my more "liberal" friends who believe in keeping abortion
available admit that, to the mother who intends to have her
baby, that child must be considered a person, and therefore
a victim, if something (involuntarily) happens to kill the child.
