Compensation for Gay and Lesbian Victims of September 11th

The rule of thumb employed by Mr Feinberg that essentially excludes gay
male and lesbian partners of victims of the September 11th terrorist
attacks is a travesty of justice and reason, is unfair and therefore an
insult to the ideals instituted in our Constitution, a grossly indecent
act against the survivors and the memory of these victims, a moral
hypocrisy, and a loathsome political convenience. Indeed, it is also a
reprehensible act of cowardice on Mr. Feinberg's part. Shame on all of
you.
