Dear Mr. Zwick,

It is unthinkable to me there are Americans whose political and/or ideological beliefs
would lead them to deprive any survivors of the September 11 terrorist attacks from the
benefits of the Victim Compensation Fund. How truly unAmerican to victimize through
prejudice the commited partners and the non-biological children of gay and lesbian
victims. I strongly urge that all survivors, without exception, be compensated in
accordance with the "September 11 Victim Compensation Fund."
