Dear Mr. Kenneth Feinberg,

I am dismayed and deeply saddened that in your position as the head of the
September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, you are choosing to willfully
discriminate against gay and lesbian people.

Given that people who are here in violation of both State and Federal law are
being allowed compensation ( a move of which I am, by the way, fully
supportive), I find it a remarkable sham that you would try to hide behind
"state law". Last time I checked, the Federal Government and its laws
supersede state statute, and clearly both are being vacated on a
discretionary basis in this case.

But really, when all is said and done, you should simply be ashamed of
yourself.
