collateral offsets

Realistically, anyone deciding between suing or opting into the fund, needs
to know "exactly" what their "award" will actually be before making their
decision. In order to do this accurately, much more detailed information is
required. Necessary information includes: charts including more than 2
children, a list of every collateral offset source that will be deducted,
charts showing collateral offset amounts for Social Security, Worker's
Comp., etc.

Aside from the insultingly low non-economic compensation being offered to the
families of "office workers" that became the first casualties in this war,
the lack of information being provided to us leaves the impression that in
the end, we will be taken advantage of by our own government.

The purpose of the fund is to entice the victims' families to not sue.
Please give us the information we need to make the best decision for our
children.
